Utah/Idaho Trip

The girls and I just got back from a great vacation to Utah and Idaho. We stayed at our family's cabin in Midway, UT, for most of the time. We then headed to Idaho for my cousin Ryan, and his wonderful new wife, Alex's wedding. It was a little warmer than we are used to, but we had a wonderful time. We went swimming, shopping, to the lake, etc. We were very lucky to see Mike's sister, Megan, who drove up from Provo, and Mike's dad who happened to be in Salt Lake the last day we were in town. Izzy had a great time with her grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins! Thanks for all the fun and help, we miss you all already!!

We got to visit with my friend Angelica & her family, the Ahos. For those of you that don't know, Angelica is Merritt's sister. We set him and Stacie up on their 1st date! This is her daughter Layla, with MJ and Izzy. They had a lot of fun together. Izzy and Zoie loved the tire swing in the Ahos backyard. It was great to see you guys!!

Here some cute pictures of Zoie. I forgot how fast they change. She will be 2 months on August 12, I can't believe it. She is really strong. She smiles all the time now, but she is happiest when she is standing up. At her 1 month appointment she weighed 10lbs 2 oz (which is what I weighed when I was born). Izzy has ben such a great big sister. She must give her a kiss first thing when she wakes up in the morning. We have the greatest little family! :)

Izzy's 2nd Birthday

Izzy's 2nd birthday was on July 6. I can't believe she is 2, already. She has been such a wonderful blessing in our lives. She has become my little best friend. Life would be so boring without her. We didn't do anything too exciting, but we did take her to her favorite restaurant, Red Robin, where they sang to her and she got to eat her own chocolate sundae.
